Two people riding a motorcycle were killed in a road accident on Gonda-Faizabad road here this morning when their vehicle was hit by a Roadways bus, police said.
Vinod Pathak (35) and Ram Kumar Gupta (45) who were on their way to a temple in Ayodhya on a motorcycle were killed after the bus hit them near Nandani Nagar Mahavidyala under Nawabganj police station area, they said.
The bus has been impounded and bodies sent for post-mortem examination, police added.
