Two persons were killed when a speeding truck hit their motorcycle near a village on Jaipur-Jabalpur National Highway here, police said today.
The accident took place last night when the two men were going on the bike to take part in a marriage function near Pipalbe village, Rajgarh police station in-charge Anil Bamania said.
The deceased were identified as Prem Singh Sondhia (28) and Rambabu Sen (40), he said.
The truck driver escaped from the spot after the mishap, police said adding that a case under IPC section 304 (causing death by negligence) has been registered.
