Two motorcycle borne persons were killed today in an accident near Bartara village under Tankuppa police station of Bihar's Gaya district.
Additional Superintendent of Police Balram Choudhary said the deceased have been identified as Surendra Sah and Sumrik Manjhi, both residents of the district.
The incident occurred when one of the person driving the motorcycle tried to protect an animal and met with the accident, the police said.
The bodies have been handed over to the relatives of the deceased after conducting post-mortem at Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College in Gaya.
