Two person were killed and twelve others injured when a tourist bus in which they were travelling rammed into a stationary truck on NH-8 near Kharkhara village today, police said.
The incident occurred this morning when the tourist bus, which was coming from Jaipur and on its way to Haridwar, rammed into a stationary truck laden with stones near Kharkhara village in the Dharuhera area, they said.
The deceased, identified as Sher Singh, driver of the double-decker tourist bus and the conductor Pintu Swami, official said.
The 12 injured passengers were rushed to various hospitals at Rewari and Gurgaon where condition of two were stated to be critical. Later, they were referred to New Delhi, police added.
