Two people were killed today in a clash over a construction on gram samaj land at a village in Uttar Pradesh's Shahjahanpur district, police said.
According to police, one Devendra was getting some construction done on gram samaj land in Pachchad village at Khudaganj area when a villager Yogendra Singh raised objection and asked him to stop it.
An altercation broke out between them and it turned violent, following which the two fired at each other, police said, adding that both of them died in the incident.
