2 labourers injured in blast at under construction building

Two labourers were today injured when a bomb went off in an under construction house of a person in Chatra district, a senior police officer said.

Seven live bombs were recovered from the construction site after the blast which caused injury to the two labourers at work, Superintendent of Police Surendra Kumar Jha said here.

The owner of the house and his son were arrested in connection with the incident under Vasisth Nagar police station, here.

The SP suspected that the explosives were stored in the duo's old house, which was demolished to construct a new one.
