Two women were killed and 13 others injured when a truck carrying labourers fell into a road side ditch in Garwah district today, police said.
The accident occurred near Chapri village under Ramkanda police station area when the labourers were returning home in Garwah after harvesting in Aurangabad of Bihar.
Two women were killed on the spot while 13 others suffered injuries, police said adding that all the injured were taken to Medininagar Sadar Hospital in Palamau district.
Barring six of them who were injured seriously, all the injured were released after first-aid.
