Two labourers were killed and another injured when a mud wall collapsed at Gungemau village in Jagdishpur police station area today, police said.
The deceased have been identified as Shobhraj (45) of Gungemau village and Ram Bhawan (25) of Nahargar village, they said, adding that they were repairing a house when the wall collapsed.
The injured, Banwari (25), has been shifted to the Trauma Care Centre in Lucknow, Circle Officer of Police (Musafirkhana) Somesh Shukla said.
A case has been registered and an investigation is on, the police officer added.
