Two members of 'Gulel Gang', known for stealing from parked cars after cracking open their windows with small iron balls aimed through catapults, have been arrested.
The accused have been identified as Shashi Kumar (26) and Deepak (23). They were arrested last week from their shanty in south Delhi's Lado Sarai area, said DCP (South) Prem Nath.
Two pistols were also recovered from their possession, he said.
