: Two minor boys drowned in a pond at Vadakathu village near Neyveli in the district today, police said.
The eighth standard students went to the pond to take a bath when the mishap occurred. Both of them did not know swimming, they said.
The bodies of the children were later found floating on the pond by locals who had launched a search.
