corporation contractor were today electrocuted while erecting an electric pole at Bhanolanga village near here.
A contractor had taken a contract from power corporation for shifting the electric meters outside the houses in the village and the employees were erecting poles for the purpose when they came in contact with live wires, police said.
The deceased have been identified as Gurpreet Singh of village Mange roda and Gursahib Singh of Bhandal Dona.
