Two 'Kanwariyas', including a woman, were killed in separate road accidents in Roorkee of Haridwar district, police said today.
The woman, identified as Rajbala (50), a resident of Aligarh, was crushed under the wheels of a vehicle in civil lines area here last evening , they said.
She was coming back from Haridwar after collecting holy water of the Ganga river when the incident occurred and she died on the spot, Station House Officer of Civil lines police station V D Uniyal said.

The vehicle has been impounded, the SHO added.
Meanwhile, in another incident, a 22-year-old youth mowed down by a speeding bus coming from behind in Luxor area was yesterday, Sub-inspector Darshan Kala said.
The victim has been identified as Rahul Rawal who hailed from Panipat in Haryana, the Sub-inspector said.
