Two police constables were today placed under suspension after they allegedlymisbehaved with acivilian under the influence of alcohol.
Police constables, A Naveen of CAR Headquarters and Rahul attached to Santosh Nagar Police Station were suspended for their 'misconduct,' after they allegedly misbehaved with one civilian in drunken condition, a release from Hyderabad Police said.
Earlier a case was also registered in Saidabad Police Station in this connection, police said.
"Policy of zero tolerance will be maintained with regard to any misconduct if it comes to notice," the Hyderabad Police chief said.
He also appealed to all officers to discharge their duty with service motive and not to behave with public in rude and arrogant manner.
