Two revenue officials were today suspended by Jammu and Kashmir government for allegedly grabbing state land in Samba district.
"After inquiry, it has been established that the state land is encroached with the collusive involvement of Patwari and Girdawar," an official spokesman said here.
"Hence, patwari Suram Singh of Patwar Halqa Birpur-I and Girdawar Susheel Kumar are placed under suspension due to their involvement in the matter," he said.
