As many as 20 persons fell sick after consuming spurious toddy in Loddi Tanda locality of Maddimalla village in Veernapalli mandal of Rajanna Sircilla district today.
Excise officials said the victims consumed liquor at a toddy shop and fell ill this morning.
They were immediately shifted to a private hospital in Yellareddypet mandal headquarters.
Condition of three of them was said to be serious. Probe is on.
