20 trapped in China following explosion in tunnel

The blast took place in Hunan province on an expressway linking the counties of Yanling and Rucheng, when a vehicle was unloading explosives in the tunnel, state-run Xinhua reported.

Four workers have been pulled out of the tunnel.
