22 arrested for unfair practises in Central SSC exam

The arrest in Lower Division Clerk (LDC) test have been made in Patna and Bhagalpur, Inspector General of Police (Operation) Amit Kumar said.

The gang was helping candidates to solve questions through use of bluetooth technique, IG said.

On a tip off, police arrested one person carrying blue tooth equipment to an examination centre in Rajiv nagar area of the state capital, Kumar said.

The gang had taken photograph of the question paper and some other members of the gang were solving questions in Bhagalpur for helping candidates, the IG added.

He said three laptops, one desktop computer, 11 mobile phones and educational certificate of many candidates were recovered from Bhagalpur.

 

The STF had yesterday arrested 17 persons for indulging in corrupt practises in the state staff selection commission examination.
