The bus driver lost control over the wheels and the bus carrying passengers turned turtle and fell into the gorge, injuring 22 passengers, police said.
Three critically injured were airlifted to GMC hospital in Jammu while 16 have been admitted to Community Health Centre at Assar and three to Doda hospital.
