The inspections were conducted in the RSRTC offices and various depots by senior officials of the department, an official spokesperson said here.
Out of the total 1838 employees, 234 were found absent without prior information and 16 out of their office on duty, he said.
The RSRTC administration has decided to serve show cause notice to all the 234 personnel who were found absent, the spokesperson added.
