Mal block development officer Narayan Biswas said the children were aged between six and 12 years and were admitted to the Mal sadar hospital.
He said treatment of all the 25 children are on and the condition of 10 of them was serious.
The sample of the food has been sent to North Bengal Medical College Hospital, he said adding investigations were on.
