Police today arrested 25 suspected drug peddlers, including five women, during separate raids in the district.
They also seized 5.075 kg intoxicated powder, 80 gram smack, 30 kg poppy husk, 3,239 intoxicated capsules, 95 bottles of intoxicated syrup and 300 intoxicated pills from their possession.
A case has been registered against the accused in this regard
Further investigations into the matter are underway, police added.
