A 25-year-old woman allegedly went missing after taking an autorickshaw in Vaishali area in Ghaziabad, police said today.
Dipti Saran, who works in Gurgaon as an engineer took an autorickshaw after deboarding at Vaishali metro station yesterday, IG (Law and Order) Bhagwan Swaroop told reporters here.
He said another girl was also present in the auto but she was forced to leave midway.
"Saran is missing since then and a case has been lodged at Suhanigate police station," Swaroop said.
The IG said the girl's last location was traced to Rajendra Nagar.
The Special Task Force is also working on the case, police added.
