"As almost all of them have filed their declaration, de-sealing orders have been issued," district collector and chief district election officer Vijay Nehra told reporters today.
Filing of declaration of printing jobs is mandatory under the Representation of People's Act with the Model Code of Conduct coming into effect following the announcement of poll dates, he said.
