Police have seized 267 bags of grain and sugar, meant to be sold at fair price shops, during a raid at Kazi Khera village in the district.
Police said they received an information that 262 sacks of grain and 5 of sugar have been supplied in the black market, instead of ration card holders, by the license holders of fair price shop.
Accordingly a team was made and a godown was raided yesterday from where all 267 sacks were seized, they said, adding, six persons have been arrested in this connection.
