At least 28 persons were
injured, two of them critically, when the bus in which they were travelling fell into a roadside water body in Odisha's Boudh district today, the police said.
The bus carrying volunteers of an NGO from Narla in Kalahandi district to a training camp skidded off the road near Tarusingh village and fell into the water body along National Highway-57, they said.
The injured passengers were taken to Purunakatak primary health centre and two of them were shifted to VSS Medical College Hospital at Burla as their condition was serious, they said.
Water level in the tank was low, the police said.
