Bihar's Finance Minister Abdul Bari Siddiqui on Monday tabled the second supplementary budget of Rs 4,461.69 crore for the current financial year in the state assembly.
As soon as the assembly met after the lunch recess in the afternoon, Siddiqui tabled the supplementary budget in the house.
Out of the supplementary budget of Rs 4,461.69 crore, Rs 2,838.67 crore has been earmarked for state plan outlay while Rs 1,591.14 crore would be non-plan outlay while another Rs 31.88 crore would be spent under centrally sponsored schemes.
Speaker Vijay Kumar Choudhary adjourned the House which would meet again tomorrow at 11 am after it sent 23 various reports to the respective committees of the House with the consent of members.
