"Acting on a tip-off, police teams raided different places in the areas of the two police stations and arrested the smugglers of contraband charas," Deputy Superintendent of Police (Headquarters) N K Singh said.
A total of 18 kg charas concealed in packets were seized from them, he said.
The value of the seized charas was estimated to be Rs two crore in the international market.
