Three students, arrested for securing admission at a Government medical college here through fraudulent means, could face suspension from the institute.
Anurag Jain, Sameer Mandaloi and Shani Juneja, pursuing different PG courses in Mahatma Gandhi Memorial (MGM) Medical College here, were apprehended by Special Task Force (STF) of Madhya Pradesh Police yesterday. They are in STF custody till tomorrow.
The disciplinary committee of the institute today recommended to Pushpa Verma, Dean of the college, that the trio be suspended following their arrest, college sources said here.

Verma is out of town and hence no decision has been taken yet on the panel's suggestion, they said.
According to ATF sources, Jain, Mandaloi and Juneja paid Rs 65 lakh to 75 lakh each to a gang of racketeers to get admission in the college.
