Three persons were today arrested by a joint team of Sashastra Seema Bal and local police with four precious 'ashtdhatu' idols from Pachpedwa area here, police said.
Sanjay, Anil and Hakim were arrested on a tip-off by the SSB and local police team with four idols of Lord Ram, Sita, Lakshman and Hanuman, they said.
During interrogation, they told police that the idols were stolen from Nepal and they were trying to sell it in Uttar Pradesh.
