Chief Judicial Magistrate sent Anand Pal Singh, Datar Singh and Madan Singh to the custody of Special Operation Group of Rajasthan police yesterday.

Anand and Datar Singh were carrying rewards of Rs one lakh each on their head, police said.

The trio were nabbed by a team in a joint operation by Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) and Special Operation Group(SOC) at a farm house on Tuesday.

A big cache of arms and ammunition, which included an AK-47 rifle, an American carbine, six other rifles and over 500 live cartridges, was seized from them, police said.

They have been involved in cases of murder, money extortion, liquor and arms smuggling among others.

Anand, a liquor mafia, along with other accomplices including Datar Singh, had allegedly killed Jivan Ram Godara in Nagaur district in 2006, and since then they were absconding, a police officer said.

"The accused are being interrogated," DIG SOG Vishal Babsal said today.
