Three Dalit woman labourers
were allegedly beaten up by the musclemen of a farmer when they asked for wages in Jewar area, police said today.
The women had worked in a field preparing it for potato cultivation and when they asked for wages, the land owner refused to pay.

The farmer's musclemen also allegedly assaulted the women -- identified as Rani, Usha and Munesh.
They later lodged a complaint at Jewar police station, an officer said.
