3-day international aviation conclave to be held from Dec 11

A three-day international conclave on aviation will be held here from December 11, focussing on issues like foreign direct investment, global cooperation, regional connectivity and airport infrastructure.

The conclave, "Empowering Aviation--Encouraging Stability Towards Sustainability", will be organised by aviation firm Beta Aviation and supported by the Civil Aviation Ministry, DGCA and the US-India Importers Council.

"India Aviation Conclave (IAC 2014) will prove to be a key catalyst for economic growth and socio-political development providing excellent platform for business associations and an unrivalled access to the untapped yet highly resourceful Indian aviation market," Beta Aviation President and Chief Executive G S Rathee said.
 

Promotion of latest aircraft with an intention to enhance regional air connectivity, strong focus on general aviation and allied activities, domestic manufacturing of aircraft with international collaborations, MRO and aviation safety will be the other issues taken up for discussions at the conclave, he said.
