Police said the two men verbally abused the lady officer when she wanted to know why they were consuming alochol near the college. The woman, who claimed to be a reporter, attacked her and tore open her suit, they said.
All of them were taken to Bowring Hospital for medical tests to determine the level of alcohol consumption and later arrested, police said.
The three were later produced before a local court which remanded them to custody till August 22.
