Former Information and Broadcasting Secretary Bimal Julka, former IPS officer Divya Prakash Sinha and former SSC Chairman Amitava Bhattacharyya today took oath of office as Information Commissioners.
Chief Information Commissioner R K Mathur administered oath of office to them.
Their induction will bring the transparency panel to its full capacity with 10 Information Commissioners and the Chief Information Commissioner.

Julka, a former IAS officer of 1979 batch, held the post of Secretary, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. He belonged to Madhya Pradesh cadre.
Sinha, a 1979-batch IPS officer, was Special Director, Intelligence Bureau and later Secretary (Security) in the Cabinet Secretariat.
Bhattacharyya, an IAS officer of 1980 batch, was holding the charge of Chairman, Staff Selection Commission.
