3 killed, 9 hurt in bus-truck collision

Three persons, including a minor girl, were today killed and nine others injured when their bus collided with a truck on Indore-Bhopal road, police said.

The accident occurred early this morning when the Indore-bound bus collided with a large truck near Amlaha toll booth killing three persons on the spot, Additional Superintendent of Police A P Singh said.

The deceased have been identified as Santosh Rao (80), Charu (15) and Ria (25).

The injured passengers were admitted in Sehore district hospital, the ASP said adding a case has been registered in this regard.
