The mishap took place as the driver lost control of the ill-fated tractor trolley that overturned in which three persons, identified as Jahrun Khatun (45), her grandson Taz Ansari (5) and Lalita Devi (40), died on the spot, while five others sustained injuries.
The injured persons, all of them women, were injured at the PHC for treatment, he said.
