Rajasthan anti-corruption bureau has arrested a senior Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) officer along with his accountant and personal assistant for accepting bribe, a bureau official said today.
Executive engineer G R Gupta, Accountant Dinesh Makar and Gupta's personal assistant Dinesh Arora were caught red-handed yesterday while accepting Rs 50,000, 10,000 and 11,000 respectively from contractor B L Sharma, the official said.
Searches were conducted last night at the residences of the officers.

A case has been registered under various sections of the anti-corruption act against the trio and they will soon be produced in the court, he added.
According to sources, the state heath department has said that action against the suspended officers will be taken after getting the report from the anti-corruption bureau.
