The MPs are Jagdanand Singh, Raghuvansh Prasad Singh and Umashankar Singh.
When approached by reporters, RJD supremo Lalu Prasad said there was nothing unusual in it as all the three MPs are with the party and have full faith in its ideology.
He said while Raghuvansh Prasad Singh was in Dehradun, Umashankar Singh was in Mumbai and Jagdanand Singh did not attend because of his indisposition. RJD has four members in the Lok Sabha, including the party chief.
Significantly, former Chief Minister Rabri Devi too was not present.
