With the arrest of three persons from Durga Park here, police today claimed to have busted a gang of snatchers involved in nine robbery cases in South West Delhi.
Kamal Gupta (22), Pawan (19), and Pankaj Kumar (23), were caught by a police team from Durga Park near Solanki Public School when they were headed for Nasirpur village from Dabri yesterday.
One motorcycle and 5 mobile phones were recovered from their possession, said R A Sanjeev, DCP of South West Delhi.
Previously, the trio was involved in nine robbery and snatching incidents and the cases have been solved with their arrest, he said.
Further investigation into their involvements and activities in other crimes is on, he added.
