Army troops today recovered 30 kgs of RDX, 20 UBGL grenades and 175 detonators in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir, a defence spokesman said.
Acting on a tip-off, army and police launched a joint operation in Bhukunoh forest area near Gundoh and recovered a a huge cache of arms and explosives.
The recoveries included 30 kgs of RDX, 20 UBGL grenades, four Chinese grenades and 175 detonators, the spokesman said.
Besides five radio sets, a packet containing 500 grams of shrapnel was found hidden in the area.
