The condition of three constables and the bus conductor was stated to be critical, they said.
The incident took place in the Sanyogitaganj area of the city when woman constables were returning to the Police Training School. All of them have been admitted to local hospitals.
The bus belonged to a private operator and was attached to the Police Training School.
