32 IAS, HAS officers reshuffled in Himachal Pradesh

In a major administrative reshuffle, soon after the Mandi Lok Sabha by-polls, Himachal Pradesh government today shifted 32 officers, including 20 senior IAS officers and three Deputy Commissioners.

P Mitra, Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) and FC (Revenue), Urban Development, Housing and TCP has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary (Home, Vigilance and Food Civil Supplies and Consumer while Deepak Sanan (ACS), Animal Husbandry goes as ACS (Agriculture and Animal Husbandry.

Ajay Mittal, ACS (Transport) has been posted as ACS (AR, Training) while Dr P C Kapoor, ACS (industries and Labour Employment) had been made ACS (Social Justice and Empowerment).

Tarun Sridhar, Principal Secretary (Home, Vigilance, Horticulture and Fisheries) has been shifted as Principal Secretary cum FC(Revenue) and Principal Secretary (Industries and Fisheries
 

Vineet Chawdhry, ACS (IPH and Cooperation) has been given charge of IPH and Horticulture while Upma Chawdhry, Principal Resident Commissioner at New Delhi has been posted as Principal Secretary (Labour Employment and LAC).

Rakesh Kanwar, Special Secretary MPP and Power has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kullu in place of S C Negi, who has been shifted as Settlement Officer, Shimla.

Solan Deputy Commissioner Meera Mohanty has been replaced by Madan Chauhan. Priyatu Mandai, Deputy Commissioner, Sirmour at Nahan has been shifted as Director, Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs.
