37 killed in DR Congo train crash: official

At least 37 people were killed when a train derailed in the southeast of the Democratic Republic on Congo, the government said today.

The government spokesman said today that the police feared the death toll could rise further after the accident that occurred yesterday near Kamina in the mineral-rich province of Katanga.
