As soon as the House began proceedings, the BJP MLAs, rose to their feet and started shouting slogals demanding resignation of Revenue Minister Arvinder Singh Lovely and Power Minister Harun Yusuf alleging that both had "links" with Hardeep.

When the unrelenting MLAs -- Subhash Sachdeva, Satprakash Rana, Sunil Vaid and Pradyumn Rajput -- trooped to the well of the House waving a newpaper report, Speaker Yoganand Shastri ordered the marshals to remove them.

17 BJP MLAs were suspended yesterday from the House for two days for disrupting proceedings after their demand for paying homage by the House to the nine martyrs of Parliament attack case was rejected. The four MLAs, who were evicted today, were not present in the House yesterday.

When asked for her reaction on the issue, Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit refused to comment. "I do not know anything (about)... What are you saying. What is the matter? How can I speak in the air?" she said.

Rubbishing the allegations as "baseless", Lovely said he get calls from hundreds of people everyday and wondered what was wrong in talking to people who knew him.

"I know him from my grandfather's days. Hundreds of people call me everyday. What is the issue in it? Anybody who knows me calls me," the Revenue Minister said.
