Four youths here have been booked for allegedly abducting and gangraping a 16-year-old girl, whom they had kept in confinement for seven months, police said today.
The accused have been identified as Lashi, Mahu, Jetto and Makhan, all in their twenties, police said.
The girl in her complaint alleged that she was abducted by Makhan on the pretext of marriage, they said.
She said she was kept in confinement at a place in Mansa for about seven months where Makhan and his accomplices raped her, police said.
A case under relevant sections of the IPC has been registered, they said.
