Four persons were killed and three others injured when the vehicle they were travelling in overturned on the four-lane road near Malhargarh here, police said today.
The incident took place late last night, when the commuters were on their way to Neemuch in an agriculture goods laden pick-up vehicle, Malhargarh police station in-charge, K K Sharma said.
Balu Singh (25), Umrao Singh (45), Parvat Singh (25) and Balu Singh (40) were killed and three others including the driver sustained injuries, he said.
The injured were admitted to a hospital in Mandsaur, which is around 25 kms away from the accident spot, he said.
According to police, a case has been registered in this regard and investigations are underway.
