Four militants were killed and two others arrested in a raid carried out by the Egyptian army in the country's North Sinai area.
Army raid killed four militants in Sheikh Zwayed area. The forces also destroyed 31 houses and 25 vehicles used by the militants in attacks, an army source said.
The army has recovered two computers belonging to militants. Two tunnels used by them for carrying out smuggling activities between Egypt and Gaza Strip were closed and destroyed, the source added.

North Sinai has been the scene of many violent attacks by Islamist militants since January 2011 revolution.
The attacks by Islamists militant targeting police and military increased after the ouster of Islamist ex-president Mohamed Morsi last year. Many policemen and soldiers have been killed in the attacks including bombings and shootings.
