Two women and as many children were killed today and 20 others, who all were part of a marriage party, injured when the mini-truck they were travelling in overturned in Chhattisgarh's Rajnandgaon district, police said.
"The incident occurred this evening near Bhedikala village under Lalbag police station limits when the vehicle was heading towards Balod district's Bagheli village from Khairagarh area," Rajnandgaon Superintendent of Police Sundarraj P said.
As per the preliminary information, around 30 people in the vehicle were on their way to attend a marriage function at Bagheli, about85kms from Raipur.

The incident occurred when the driver lost control over the mini-truck and it turned turtle.
Four people, including two women and as many children, died while 20 others were injured in the incident, the SP said.
The injured were admitted to Rajnandgaon district hospital.
