The four were arrested in separate drives by police in Rajiv Chowk and Kashmere Gate stations on Monday, police said today.
Javed, 24, was apprehended when he was trying to pick pocket the mobile phone of a person at Rajiv Chowk and two mobile phones were recovered from his possession.
On the same day at Kashmere Gate Metro Station, three women Reeta, Anju and Sanjeeda were arrested.
