A 45-year-old man was allegedly killed by eight people, including four policemen, over some property dispute at Jahangirbad town here, police said today.
Om Prakash was allegedly pinned to death yesterday by eight people including a Sub Inspector and three constables over some property dispute with one Dinesh, SSP Anant Dev Tiwari said.
A case has been registered under section 302 of IPC against eight people, including Sub Inspector Sanjay Kumar and three constables, he said.
The body has been sent for postmortem and further action will be taken against the accused after ascertaining the cause of the death, the SSP said.
